Drug Drug Description Clemastine An antihistamine with sedative and anticholinergic effects used to treat the symptoms of allergic rhinitis. Cyproheptadine A combined serotonin and histamine antagonist used in the treatment of allergic symptoms, for appetite stimulation, and off-label in the treatment of serotonin syndrome. Loratadine A second generation antihistamine used to manage the symptoms of allergic rhinitis.
