Danazol A synthetic steroid and pituitary gonadotropin inhibitor used in the treatment of endometriosis and symptomatic treatment of severe pain and tenderness associated with benign fibrocystic breasts.
Elagolix A gonadotropin releasing hormone receptor antagonist used to treat moderate to severe pain in endometriosis.
Gestrinone Endometriosis with or without accompanying sterility. Treatment is limited to a single course of 6 months duration per lifetime .
