The candidate was generated by using the SARS-CoV2 receptor binding domain as an antigenic stimulant, and is thought to exert its effect by neturalizing the virus' interaction with a receptor. As of August 2020, the safety and pharmacokinetics of INMO005 is being tested in a randomized, controlled study (NCT04494984).
