Zopapogene imadenovec utilizes a gorilla adenovirus vector platform (GC46) to express a proprietary fusion antigen composed of selected regions from HPV types 6 and 11 proteins. Upon administration, zopapogene imadenovec is designed to stimulate an immune response specifically directed against cells infected with HPV 6 and 11 by the induction of HPV 6/11-specific T cells.
