Clonazepam is a long-acting benzodiazepine with intermediate onset commonly used to treat panic disorders, severe anxiety, and seizures. A benzodiazepine used to treat various seizures, including myotonic or atonic seizures, photosensitive epilepsy, and absence seizures, although tolerance may develop.
