- Curator reviewed
BRII-196 is a human monoclonal antibody extracted from a recovered patient of COVID-19. It binds to an epitope on the Spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 that is different from the one that is bound by BRII-196, thus having an additive to synergistic effect when used in combination with BRII-196. It is currently being investigated against COVID-19.
