Oxyphenbutazone is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) no longer commonly used for the symptomatic relief of musculoskeletal pain. Oxyphenbutazone was withdrawn from the Canadian market in March 1985 due to concerns regarding bone marrow suppression.
