Mechanism: Humax-IL8 (BMS-986253) is a human monoclonal antibody that binds to and acts as an antagonist for IL-8. By blocking IL-8, Humax-IL8 can reduce mesenchymal features in tumor cells, reduce tumor progression, and reduce the recruitment of myeloid-derived suppressor cells.
