TY027

TY027, a novel monoclonal antibody targetting SARS-CoV-2, was developed by Tychan Pte. Ltd in four months using its rapid-response platform and computational methods. The candidate is designed to bind to the spike protein of SARS-CoV 2 and neturalize the virus; in lab studies, TY027 showed full clearance of the virus with demonstrated safety, and achieved other regulatory requirements like the 3-week drug stability test. As of June 2020, TY027 is in Phase 1 human clinical trials.
