Mechanism: Zansecimab is a humanized IgG4 isotype antibody that neutralizes phospho-Tie2 induction due to Ang2, thereby stopping angiogenesis. The mechanism behind the neutralization is due to the antibody binding with high affinity to, and inhibiting Ang2.
