Drug Drug Description Dextropropoxyphene An opioid analgesic used to treat mild to moderate pain. Tramadol A centrally-acting opioid agonist and SNRI (serotonin/norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor) used for the management of moderate to severe pain in adults.
