Duloxetine

Duloxetine is a serotonin norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor used to treat generalized anxiety disorder, neuropathic pain, osteoarthritis, and stress incontinence. It was originally discovered in 1993 and developed by Eli Lilly and Company as LY248686.
